A new plant based economy

Nova Milan is an Israeli based green tech initiative creating the world’s first circular plant based economy and full supply chain ecosystem.

We transform agricultural waste, such as pineapple, banana, yucca, plantain, and water hyacinth into plant based leather, bioplastics and sustainable fabrics.

Nova Milan is about creating an entire world from nature. We take problems and turn them into opportunities and beautiful solutions.

Global Solutions

We solve agricultural waste problems by creating long term solutions with countries thereby, creating plant based economies around the world.

Nova Milan has selected Costa Rica as the first country because they produce up to 20M tons per year of plant waste fiber

Costa Rica is a country with a sustainable, ethical, conscious business practices that matches our own.

This country is known as a global leader in sustainability and is rich with renewable energy. It gets about 99% of all its electrical energy from clean sources, and it’s aiming to be the first country to become carbon neutral.

We're very excited to have Nova Milan in our country. It is an innovative company that is helping to strengthen Costa Rica's global position as a sustainable green country that does business with purpose and consciousness.

Pedro Beirute,
Chairman of PROCOMER.
